Cancellation Conditions

• Timeframe: You may request to cancel a purchase option (e.g. supplement, upgrade, or specific add-on) within 2 hours of placing your order.

• Order status: Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped.

• Notification: Please email us at team@zempica.co.uk with your order number and the option you wish to cancel.

Non-Cancellable Options

Some purchase options are non-cancellable, including:

• Customized or made-to-order products.

• Options already processed or shipped.

• Discounted bundles or promotional packs.

Refund

If your cancellation is approved:

• The corresponding amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
